Olive Branch Connections, founded by Tara MacDonald, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting individuals who have faced hardships such as homelessness, domestic violence, or challenging life circumstances. Tara’s deep passion for helping those who are tired and downtrodden drives the heart of the organization. Through a combination of genealogical research, DNA testing, and storytelling, Olive Branch Connections offers individuals the opportunity to reconnect with their ancestral roots. Tara personally writes detailed, heartfelt stories of each individual’s ancestors, shedding light on their rich heritage and helping them find pride in their lineage. This work empowers individuals, especially women and children, to better understand their identities and the strength that runs through their bloodline.
To date, the program has been sustained by generous funding from Jeff and Tara MacDonald, Land Corps Landscaping, and Allstate Insurance. This support allows Olive Branch Connections to continue its mission of offering meaningful connections to one’s history, fostering self-worth, and providing a sense of purpose for those who need it most. Through these personal stories and the knowledge of their ancestors, participants gain a renewed sense of dignity and hope for their future.

Tennessee Children's Home is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for at-risk children and families in need. Through residential care, foster services, and educational programs, they offer stability, guidance, and essential life skills to help children overcome difficult circumstances and build a brighter future. Their work transforms lives by offering not just shelter but also emotional support, education, and opportunities for personal growth, ensuring that every child has the chance to succeed.

Through our contributions, we help ensure that the organization continues to provide high-quality care, education, and mentorship to those who need it most. The Boy Scouts of America help young people develop leadership, service, and community values, with the Eagle Scout rank standing as a testament to dedication and perseverance.
Land Corps supports the Scouts by donating and aiding Eagle Scout candidates with their projects, ensuring the continuation of these important programs. Jeff deeply understands the impact of Scouting, as a former Boy Scout with a father and brother who are Eagle Scouts. Supporting these young leaders is a way that Land Corps gives back to a program that has shaped the life of so many generations.
Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Nashville provides a "home-away-from-home" for families with critically ill children receiving care in local hospitals. Since 1991, RMHC has supported over 16,000 families, offering free lodging, meals, and comfort during difficult times.

Associa Cares is a charity dedicated to helping families and communities in crisis due to natural and man-made disasters. Through financial assistance, the organization provides immediate relief to those affected by events such as floods, fires, hurricanes, and other catastrophic circumstances, helping individuals and communities rebuild their lives. Associa Cares is committed to fostering hope and resilience by directly supporting those impacted during some of life’s most challenging moments.

In the greater Nashville area, Land Corps Landscaping has proudly served as a name sponsor for many of Associa Cares' charity events. Their ongoing support has helped amplify the organization’s mission, ensuring that critical resources reach families in need throughout the community.
"Shop with a Biker" is a charitable initiative by Journey Biker Church that helps families in need during the holiday season. Through donations, benefit rides, and events, the program provides parents the opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts for their children, ensuring a brighter holiday for those facing hardships. In 2024, they are also launching a Christmas dinner event to support single veterans.

We were inspired to get involved after a property manager introduced us to the program, and we saw firsthand the positive impact it had on families.
